Every item is created just for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on thoughtful, small-batch production. Because of this, we do not keep inventory and do not offer traditional returns or exchanges.

Because all items are made-to-order, all sales are final. However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item (size, style, or design)
• There is a production or printing error

If that happens, email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. 

If the item is confirmed defective, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — and you can keep the original item. No need to send it back! You could gift the flawed item to someone who might enjoy it anyway - afterall, flaws are normal.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Shipping delays due to carrier issues

We include detailed size guides on every product page. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

Because orders are sent into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please reach out immediately if you need help—we’ll do our best to assist.

Yes! Your payment is protected through Shopify’s secure checkout system. All transactions are encrypted and your information is never shared. Shopify ensures sellers uphold transparent policies like the one you’re reading now.

US:

It typically takes 2-5 days for production of your chosen design & 2-5 days to ship within the US = ~4-10 days for delivery 

International:

It typically takes 2-5 days for production of your chosen design & 6-12 days to ship internationally = ~10-14 days for delivery 

A note on international orders:

Because we are small, family based, made to order business, international customers are responsible for taxes, customs fees, import duties, that may be required for you to receive your order. We are truly grateful for your support & business!
